On Thursday 14th of Mar 2019, Seeders-LWAF held their 5th Investment meeting at Berytech Mathaf.
The angel investors were invited to attend a workshop on “Managing deals & Follow-on rounds”, delivered by Mrs. Maria Carolina Romero, Head of Portfolio Products at Go Beyond.
Some alumni, from Seeders and LWAF 2017, joined the group for the pitches. Three new startups pitched their ideas to the groups: an online homemade food ordering and delivery platform; a platform that connects businesses (SMEs) to talents; and an educational technology application.
The meeting concluded with a lively debriefing session, followed by a group vote.
The 6th investment meeting is scheduled for April 16, 2019.
