On March 3, 2017, Brigitte Baumann, Founder and Deal Leader at GoBeyond Early Stage Investing, delivered a lively workshop organized by IM Capital and hosted by UK Lebanon Tech Hub.
The workshop tackled the “how to’s” of pitching to angel investors, including the best timing to resort to business angels in a venture’s funding strategy. The crowd of 40 entrepreneurs also listened to a comparison between challenges existent in the Lebanese ecosystem versus those in Europe.
Brigitte Baumann was name European Business Angel of year 2015 and is currently Deal Leader for Seeders MBA, a year-long program building angel investors to fill in the gap of angel funding in the country.
