Investment Process

  • PRE-SCREENING

    We look for startups and women-led businesses, with a proof of concept ideally with clients, and existing capital from family, friends, prizes, or grants. We cover a diversified range of sectors including Fintech, Media, Mobile, Games, Movies, ICT, Food Production & Retail, EdTech, among others.

  • PITCHING TO INVESTORS

    Entrepreneurs will be able to rehearse their presentation, receive feedback, and discuss the investment process. Successful entrepreneurs may pitch in front of multiple groups virtually or in person

  • DUE DILIGENCE AND TERMS

    A small team of investors will discuss valuation and agree on terms after a due diligence. Investors then choose whether to invest and how much.

  • POST INVESTMENT AND EXIT

    Deal Leaders, representing investors, work closely with the entrepreneur to support growth by drawing on the expertise and industry contacts of the investor community. Entrepreneurs will also be supported in the pro-active preparation and execution of the exit.
